Could Swollen, Purple And Itchy Anus Suggest STD?

I have a swollen, bluish purple, and slightly itchy anus. I had protected anal sex without lube with a man I do not know. I am scared I may have gotten an STD even though the condom did not break. I noticed the symptoms today, 5 days after we had sex. What could this be? I am 17 and do not have any stds.

better to go for std test. in future avoid analsex since it is alwyas full of risk. you can not avoid injury, and not possible to know the health condition of your partner.
