General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that due to fracture of chest bone there might be having some muscle injury on chest muscles producing stiffness and spasm giving rise this problem.
There might be having some abrasions on pleura giving this problem as well.
Go for x-ray chest for this type of injury.
Remain in follow up with your treating doctor.
Ok and take care.
