Could Spotting And Abdominal Cramps Mean Miscarriage?
I found out I was pregnant yesterday via pregnancy test at a routine Dr visit. Gestational age is 4 weeks. This morning I started bleeding not as heavy as a normal period but the bloating in my lower abdominal region hurts just the same as if I was having a regular menstrual. Could this be a misscarriage? Thanks for your time.
