Could Spotting, Abdominal Cramping, Nausea And Discharge Be Due To A Pregnancy?

i had my regular menstrual sept 1 - 8 then on sept 10- 16 i begin spotting very lightly a pinkish brownish color(only can see when i wipe) light cramping in my lower abdomen area. im feeling vry nauseated and Clear with pinkish streaks was my discharge for one day. Could i be pregnant? PLEASE HELP

Hello..you had regular periods so the possibility of pregnancy is less ,but still a urine pregnancy test done by self at home would be the best option for you..if by any chance it turns out to be positive ( which may be the case if you haven't used any contraceptive method and performed unprotected sex), get an urgent transvaginal ultrasound done to rule out miscarriage ( more likely incomplete or missed abortion in your scenario) or ectopic pregnancy which are the probable causes of bleeding during early pregnancy.
