Hello and welcome to Health Care Magic Forum.
First of all there is nothing to worry about. Spotting is not necessarily a sign of abortion. It is very normal for a lot of expectant mothers to spot during early pregnancy. 5.4 weeks can be too early to notice a fetal pole. 7 weeks is the best time you can get a convincing USG report. So continue the drugs your doctor has prescribed. They all help in supporting the pregnancy and don not stress out.
good luck!
