Could Spots And Swelling Inside Mouth Be Due To Oral Herpes?

There are two spots just inside my mouth by my lips that are tingling and a bit swollen. Also, I had a small sore where my gums and cheek meet that hurt a day or two ago. It is a small sore and has one white bump on it and is still on my gums but doesn't really hurt anymore. I'm worried that I may have contracted oral herpes?

Hello, thnx to contact us. We wish you a best health at healthcare magic, If I am your treating Doctor I would like to tell you that the symptoms you have mentioned about ulcer is not getting co ordinated with herpes. Whenever herpes is there it is associated with lots of pain. If pain is absent or low the ulcer never be a herpes same aswith your case. I suspect that the ulcer may be of nutritional origin. Iadvice you to take vitamin B complex & Vitamin c. Take lots of green leafy vegetables. If you have anything else to ask you can contact me. Dr. Arun Tank; Infectious Disease Specialist.
