Could Spending Time Together In Older Age Mean Serious Relationship?

This is rather embarrassing but I am in a relationship that started as a friendship, then became sexual and was to remain casual (which is not how I have ever been before...I am 67). But now he is spending the night and staying for hours and we have music in common and play our guitars for hours and talk. Do you think he is getting more serious? he loves to hold me and cuddle.

Yes, I would be sure that the relationship is taking a serious turn. If you do not want that then this would be the right time to confront the person and tell what you want and what you dont.
