Could Smoking Lead In Nausea?

Hi, this morning i had nausea and i vomited a yellowish liquid and quiet a bit of it. I smoke cigs and recreational. i waas wondering if this is something i should be concerned about. I get nausea in the mornings some times and not always but mostly vomit either that or a clear flem like liquid.

hi dear,
nausea and vomiting is due to smoking and that are all alarming signs that your lungs is started damaging so you must quit your smoking to be safe.
smoking leads to many lung problem like lung damage to lung cancer also tuberculosis.
so quit it and do X ray chest PA view and consult chest physician.
not to worry much at this stage but if not quit it there must bu some major problem in future due to smoking.
