Could Small White Lump On The Shaft Of Penis Be Lymphocele?

I noticed a small white in color lumb on the shaft of my penis when I was 13 I thought it was a zit so I popped and have left it alone for years it has hardened and doesn t hurt I tried to pop it again but can t could it be Lymphocele and is that an STD can it cause genital warts

I really appreciate your concern, such lesion is not due to STD but this could be warts and some time it may need some surgery, if you have not consulted to dermatologist then better get it done, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
