sleep apnea lead to shorteness of breath to you.
Sleep apnea can here also be due to obesity.
Here is some suggestion to you.
First do regularly exercise and avoid fatty food to reduce your weight.
For apnea you can do CPAP Technique.Here while sleeping mask apply over mouth and by flexible tube it is connected to CPAP MACHINE.(Continuous positive airway pressure=CPAP)
If you have
hypertension then its treatment is done.
Take proper position while sleep.like side way sleep can be helpful.And apply 1 pillow below head.Not use more then 1 pillow below head.
Vitamin C rich fruits helpful in apnea like orange.
According to some study
Magnesium and 5 serotonine helpful in sleep apnea.
