Could Sharp Pain In Chest In A Smoker Indicate Pulled Muscle?

im only 26 and only have been smoking for about a year and on average 5 cigs a day. So idk if that has anything to do with it or not but my heart has been hurting for the past month. Started with a sharp sting that lasts for seconds as if it s a gas pain. Which I ve had I. The past on rare occasions. But this past month, my heart on and off feels like a pulled muscle. Feel it when I breath in or change positions with my arm here and there. Some days it s not noticeable but most days I feel it. I m able to do heavy activities with out a problem and breath fine. I m just hoping it s not a bad valve. Any idea what this could be?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, first thing you need to do is stop the smoking and come out of the stress else the given symptoms may not be due to any disease, and this is nothing to worry, try some exercise, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
