General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that your problem might be due to cervical spondilitis you got.
There might be pinched nerve or radiating pain in left chest.
Go for physiotherapy or cervical traction after consulting your orthopedic surgeon.
Ok and take care.
