i am a 31 year old male , i have been having severe lower back pain, the pain even runs down to my tail bone even my right testicle, and the right side of my stomach this morning , i am a smoker and was wondering if this could be signs of an abdominal aneurysm

HI
Thanks for posting your query to Healthcaremagic .

Yes Abdominal Aneurysm can cause these symptoms but it is slightly less common in occurrence while there are other conditions which can cause the problems mentioned by you and which are more common in prevalence than Abdominal Aneurysm.

Other possible causes are Disc Prolapse , KIdney stones , Inguinal Hernia .

I advise you get MRI Lumbar spine and urine routine tests done and revert back .

Any clarifications feel free to ask .
Happy to answer .

Regards .
