What is the calcium level? Have you done a blood count and ESR? Breast feeding have only beneficial effects on mothers health. It can not cause low calcium, joint pains or any other issues in mother.
Cause of hypocalcemia we have to find out, for which you can consult a physician. The joint pains may not be necessarily related to this. Meanwhile, ensure to include plenty of green leafy vegetables and fruits in diet. Egg, yogurt, fish all are rich in calcium.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
