Could Severe Itching And Black Spots In The Scrotum Be Due To HIV?

Hi Doctor,

On 18/9/2010. I had sex exposure with a sex worker. 20 days later(7/10/10), I had developed rashes on my body(not on my palm, private parts, feets and face). Rashes with itches and look like bump when I scratched it. Sometime it just some reddish spot on my body and barely flat. On 12/10/10, I had a low grade fever 37.5 and it last for few hours after I took panadol. On 19/10/10 I went for a HIV test and result was negative.

On 23/10/10 I found a purple spot inside my mouth and on 24/10/10 I just found out my scrotum developed around 10+ of brown spot(look Like birth mark for me).

May I know base on the above description am I infected HIV?

Please advice and Thank you

It can be due to other sexually transmitted infection like syphilis . you should get tested for vdrl as well as HIV also as HIV is more prevalent in people having STI which is due to unprotected sexual act.
