Could Severe Cough, On And Off Fever, Weightloss With Low Appetite Indicate Recurred Ptb?

Hi Doctor, I am single mom of 4 kids.I was having ptb 5 years ago and it was cured since I took medicine and according to the doctor I was already cured.But now I am suffering too much cough,so is it possible that my ptb is active again?Is having too much problems can cause ptb?I am so weak,have fever on and off,loss weight and loss of appetite. Please help me,I am 42 years old.

i have read your question and will answer it
as you said you have symptoms of chronic cough with h/o wt loss and appetite ,and fever on and off it could be a relapse of ptb to know that i would suggest you to get sputum for AFB examination done if it come s out to be negative get an chest xray done and get a pulmonologist opinion
