Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
The csaly skin on your legs could be due to xerosis or Icthyosis vulgaris. It tends to occur as a familial trait. You could apply a moisturizer conatining squalene, cocoa butter, shea butter and Vitamin E twice a day. Use lukewarm water for bathing as hot water can strip the oils from the skin making it more drier.
Always moisturize within 3 minutes after bath on damp skin.

The small boils on your back could be due to truncal acne ( pimples) or pityrosporum folliculitis. Both are related to dandruff.
For acne, you could apply a gel containing2.5% benzoyl peroxide at bedtime .
For pityrosporum folliculitis, you need to take oral itraconazole for 5 days. This can be prescribed by your dermatologist.
Control your dandruff by using a shampoo containing 2% ketoconazole 2-3 times per week for 2-3 weeks followed by once weekly maintenance.
Hope this helps you.
Take care.
