Could Rumbling Sensation In Stomach Denote Pregnancy?

hi, lately my stomach has been rumbling in my bowels and i ve been quite gassy. i just now felt my stomach pulsing. i have never had sex but i have had other sexual relations so i dont think im pregnant. i m occasionally bloated and get slight cramps/

Pregnancy is possible if you had unprotected intercourse around the time of ovulation.
The symptoms you are having could be due to the gastritis.
Bowel movements, passage of gas etc can be interpreted as baby movements sometimes.
Thinking continuously about pregnancy can lead to symptoms which mimic pregnancy.
This is called spurious pregnancy.
So, better come out of the thought.
Undergoing ultrasound can clear the doubt regarding pregnancy and also helps in finding out the cause for bloating, cramps etc.
Avoid constipation, maintain good hydration and healthy nutrition.
