Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic auto-immune disease.
Rheumatoid arthritis is managed with special group of drugs called disease modifying drugs.
Exercise and physiotherapy will have good effect on course of disease.
However, the disease will not respond to foods or marihuana.
Medical treatment is the treatment of choice.
Thus, consult a rheumatologist for clinical assessment and prescription of drugs.

Thanks and take care
