Hello
It seems from the history that you are having red sore eyelids. This can be because of blepharitis or inflammation of the eye lids.
This can also be caused by allergy to hair color products.
The treatment of the condition is by avoiding the allergens and using anti allergic eye drops.
Since you are treated with cortisone, allegra, baby shampoo, I advice you to take a second opinion first for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
