Could Red Itchy Lump Be Lymphocele?

Hi, I have had Lymphocele before in the past, it was mainly white at the head and knce applied pressure a white substance would come out (lymph) however after having sex with my partner (she is std free) 2 bumps have appeared in the similar spot, the bumps are like lynphocele but the skin is more red and aggitated. So I am wondering if this is lymphocele again?

Hello sir and welcome.

You need to mention the exact region in speaking, an online consultation lacks a physical examination and so you need to provide as much information as possible.

Based on the description it just sounds to me like an irritated/agitated hair follicle and this should not be a cause for concern. Let it be, do not irritate it further and avoid sexual contact for a while. A warm compress to the region and keeping it dry and clean may help mildly.

Best wishes.
