General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
I had gone through your query and understand your concern.

It is difficult to tell what those lesions are without taking a look at it. But worry not. As your sexual history looks clean, you need not to worry about STD as of now. Wait for few days and keep observing those lesions. If you find any changes or if they are spreading or if they are not reducing in size, it is advisable to consult a dermatologist who will help with diagnosis and treatment.

Hope this helps.

If you have any other queries I'll be happy to help.

Regards,
Dr.Prathap Kumar
