Could Pus Cells Of 15-20 Hpf Shown In Urinalysis Cause Pain In Lower Body?
Hi doc, I just wanna ask what are the possible issues I have. My lower is aching especially when I bend forward or move my legs. this has been going on for 3-4 weeks now. I had my lumbar xray done but results were normal. I also had Urinalysis to see if this is caused by UTI and pus cells are 15-20 hpf. Please advise

The possible cause for the pain is urinary tract infection. Consult a physician immediately and start taking medications. The following treatment shall be helpful:
1. Tablet Ciprofloxacin-tinidazole combination twice a day for 10 days.
2.Disodium Hydrogen Citrate syrup 15ml dissolved in one glass water thrice a day for ten days.
3. Tablet paracetamol 500mg thrice a day if fever is present.
Drink lots of water to wash out the toxins.
