Could Psychiatric Medicines Intake Have Negative Impact On Cognitive Abilities And My Immune System?
In between 13-19 years of age I took continously medicines given by my pschiatrist. Few of the names that I now remember are: Prothiaden, Libotryp, Benzodiazepine. When I was around 16.8 years took 28 tablets of benzodiazephine (I forgot the amount of mg per tablet) and had to be hospitalized; the reason I took it to simply escape the familial tension but it was not my addiction). In my last months of teen years approx. 19.5 years I abruptly stopped taking it without consulting my pyschiatrist. Since then I have never touched any pyschiatric medicines. I have a question: Would 7-8years of medicines intake could have negative impact on cognitive abilities and on my immune system?
