Could Pimples On Face On Exposure To Sun Be The Side Effect Of Panderm Plus?

i have been using panderm plus for last 4 months. After using it my skin become so fairer and i am so happy for that. But when i heard about the side effects that it is causing now i am worried... when sun rays falls on my skin i feel pimples are getting more. how to get rid of side effects?Can i use any sunscreen cream...so that can it possible to avoid that side effect?

dear,
panderm plus contains oflox/ornidazole and terbinafine along with clobetasol...
out of them oflox may cause photosensitivity and that can lead to increased pimples...to get rid of it u can use cream in night and early morning to prevent sun exposue and if u still feel that pimple increases u can consult a dermatologist to substitute the cream.
