Hi, my sister got breast cancer few years ago. She check up annually after that. Yesterday she did bone scan and the result is there is a pathology activities in frontal os bone. What is that mean, pls? Is mean that her cancer spread to her bone? How to treat her? She will come to see the doctor on 24, the doctor is busy. We are worry now. Thank you for your advise.
you can only consult oncologist come with all treatment report. only thing is to be seen is it is not metastesis. if there is such evidence then only way is to start chemotherapy. she should be under treatment of oncologist. if any other investigation is requered it cabe done under his advise. donot delay further. it can increase the risk.
