Could Painful Left Arm That Subsided With Aspirin Indicate Heart Problems?

46 white male 6'0" 180
I experienced severe left arm pain [only around my bicep] about 20 hours ago. It remained constant so 15 minutes later I took a baby aspirin and laid down. The pain went to sharp to a dull pain unless I moved my arm. About an hour later I decided to take another baby aspirin and continued to lay down. About an hour later I felt no pain at all. Another hour later I went to sleep for the night. I slept about 7 hours and woke up. When I woke up the severe pain was back [same region left bicep] so I took another baby aspirin and laid back down. I fell back asleep for about 4 hours and woke up with no pain in my left arm. I have been up for 3 hours now and have no pain. I would like to point out that I felt no pain or tightness anywhere else this whole time. Am i having heart issues? I have never felt this pain before.

Hi,
I must say, Aspirin do not reduce ischaemic heart pain, in higher doses can reduce any inflammatory pain.
I would advice you to get a medical consultation, rule out any cardiac origin of pain, or other dangerous events. If everything seems fine with reports. Relax.

Regards
