Could Painful Jaw Be Related To Stress?

i am 44 years old and have been having really sever pain on my jaw. I take linsopril 20-12.5mg. i took my bp a couple of days ago and it was 155/96 I have been really busy lately and have had alot of stress. could my symptoms be related to my busy schedule.?

The pain in the jaw can be secondary to tooth or gum infection. This kind of pain can also occur in case of impacted wisdom tooth or it can be secondary to temporomandibular joint disorders which can be stress related. Nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and rule out the tooth related problems causing pain, then we can treat accordingly. But lead a stress free life.
