Hello sir, Good morning, I read your history carefully in which you mentioned swelling in tosils with white spot n also other gland is swelling associated with fever n pain at local site n blleding from nose also... From that I cearly say that you get some infection n due to that infection you are sick n having all these problems... Reason of this infection are a lot...may be poor oral hygine first than other secondary infection etc... So I suggest please consult your ORL (ENT) SURGON for that problem He ll give antibiotics n other advice after examinaing you ear nose n throat area...like whether you need tonsillectomy or not etc etc
