Hello,
Welcome to HCM,
The eyebrows has hairfollicle, if there is any infection of the hairfollicle which can lead to edema.
Blockage of the ducts of the sweat glands may leads to obstruction of the secretions which may leads to abnormal lump. I would suggest you to put some hot packs over the lump area, oral NASIDs and topical antibacterial creams like T Bact.
This will improve your condition, if the condition is not improving you need to consult your doctor for further opinion.
Thank you.
