Could Numbness In Wrists/hands Be Related To LAHB?

Hi! My fiance recently had an ECG and was told she has a left anterior hemiblock. She has recently complained about numbness in her wrists and hands, as well as some other symptoms. Could these be caused by the LAHB? Also, what will the LAHB mean for her going forward? She is 22 years old btw.

Hello! Thank you for asking on HCM! Regarding her ECG findings (LAFB) it is impossible to find any scientific correlations to those complains (numbness, etc). LFAB is many times normally found in healthy people, and no pathological significance could be drawn by its presence. So, I exclude any pathological indication of LFAB regarding that young girl. Regarding her recent complains I would recommend a medical check up by an internist for a comprehensive physical examination coupled with some blood tests. Hope to have been helpful! Greetings!
