Could Night Sweats Be Related To Mirena Coil?

Hi i am 43 years old with a fifteen year old son, i was told last year after an u/sound of my kidney's that there was possibley a cyst on my left ovary. I have recently been getting an element of pain in that area and my Gp sent me for pelvic u/s. There is a 2cm area described as an enlarged follicle, is that an ovarian cyst? For the past ywo years i have suffered really bad night sweats but my hormone levels are ok and i am not going through the change and i have been on the mirena coil for around five years. Could they be linked
