Could Nausea,increased Heart Rate, Fatigue And Constipation Be Signs Of Pregnancy?

For the past week I have been experiencing intermittent nausea, increased heart rate, fatigue, constipation, moodiness, pulsating sensation in my lower stomach by my ovary area. I just came off my period about the time all this started but had unprotected sex the week before my period. Is it possible to be pregnant or could this be something more serious?

Hi dear you have got the periods that rules out pregnancy, your other features are suggestive of other problems such as hormonal imbalance and infection. I advise you to get the following investigation done such as Blood sugar, Lipid profile, FSH, LH and THyroid profile.
Take Tab ibuprofen and Laculose for above complains. After the investigation result you should consult a specialist once to get the cause based treatment.
