Could Nausea, Sore Breasts And White Vaginal Discharge Indicate Pregnancy?

Hi, I am 20 years old, and have been experiencing symptoms which vary from my personal norm. I am taking oral contraceptives, and have regular unprotected sex with my fiance . The past couple of days I have noticed that my breasts are slightly sore, my vaginal discharge looks like white mucous that would come out of the nose, I have pain under my left rib cage (especially when I m laying down), I am experiencing nausea in relation to eating food, and I am having stomach twinges and slight menstrual cramping. ALL of these symptoms are very new to me. I was due for my period today, but I am going to wait a few days to see if it comes. Please help me figure out if these symptoms are pregnancy related or period related. Thanks.

no it does not indicate pregnancy. it is only pregnancy test which can confirm it. can take tablet domperidone and maintain hydration.for all other symptoms can have symptomatic treatment, get checked gynecologist can have treatment for deworming. have general checkup. i think you are having anxiety neurosis.
