Could Nausea, Frequent Urination, Spotting And Delayed Period Suggest Pregnancy?

I was on birth control and missed a couple pills, which caused bleeding a lot of times out of the month so I quit taking them! But while I was missing my pills I was sexually active, long story short ive been feeling nauseous all the time, I pee all the time, just feeling like I have a lot of pregnacy signs! But ive taken a couple tests and theyve all said negative.. im not sure exactly which day was my last period because I was missing the birth control pills and bleeding more then I should have been. After I was sexually active the next day I had bleeding like a period and for the most part what I can remember was the last time I had a period! This was 2 months a go, its getting close to the end of the month and my periods usually are over by now, when theyre regular! I realize some of this might be confusing just wondering of anyones opinions on what to do.? Could I really be pregnant or am I just scaring myself?

As you took birth control pills irregularly, so you are not protected at all.It was natural to get withdrawl bleeding like that. But since it is 2 months of missed periods by now, i will advice you to get your pelvic scan done and confirm the things. This type of bleeding can be due to missed or incomplete abortion also.
Thanks.
