Could Nausea, Dizziness, Lightheadedness And Heaviness In Shoulders Be Due To Stress?
I went to my family doctor yesterday to get checked out. For past two weeks been feeling nausea, dizziness, lightheaded, tension on my shoulders and some headaches. All blood work came back normal. What could be wrong? Should I be concerned? Could it be caused by stress?
I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. You said you visited your doctor. But did not tell his diagnosis. I note tll the blood analysis came normal. In that case, there may not be anything to worry. Your doctor knows your body better than us here.
Secondly, Stress do pose the symptoms you have given. Dizziness, tiredness, breathing difficulty, blurred vision etc. Taking proper rest and diversion of mind are essential. We advise our clients to go for a vacation. You can also try that. Take deep breathes whenever possible. Have a balanced diet. Inclusion of tomato and garlic in your diet, should provide you good result.
If you still need my help, please describe the whole problem in detail and post a direct question to me. I shall definitely help you with psychotherapy techniques to over come your problems.
Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications. Good luck.
