Could Nausea And Tightness In Ovaries Indicate Pregnancy?

hello, I had sex April 19th and I am not on birth control, my husband forgot to "pull out" halfway through and some sperm got inside me.. I got my period the next day and it usually last 4-5 days, this one lasted 2 days and was a bit painful.. I felt fine after my period was over and we had sex again almost everyday after that.. about 5 days ago I started feeling nauseous and yesterday my ovaries felt really tight for about 5 minutes every 2-5 hours. I still feel the need to vomit but I've been trying not to. Could I be prego?

Hi there, I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1 ) First of all do not panic.

2 ) As you had unusual bleeding pattern during the menstrual cycle and now you are suspecting pregnancy , in such situation I will suggest you to get morning's first sample of urine tested for pregnancy. In case of doubt blood beta HCG test and USG will be of help.

3 ) if test results are negative, then you need not worry. You are not pregnant for sure.

4 ) I will suggest you to get proper sex counselling done before hand. This will help to prevent unwanted pregnancy and use of barrier contraceptive method like condom will help to prevent STDs.

5 ) Even if you are pregnant, you can opt to continue with the pregnancy or you can opt for termination of the pregnancy with medicines safely till 9 weeks of pregnancy under medical supervision.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
