Sudden profuse sweating, nausea followed by fainting is typically due to release of stress hormones from the body. Sudden severe pain in body may cause stress hormones to release from the body. That will cause increased heart rate, sense of palpitation, tremors, nausea and fainting. This some time also occurs in patient having severe hypoglycemia or very low blood sugar levels. So in these condition just lie down, elevate your feet above your heart and drink some sugar or sweet drink. This has no relation with iron deficiency anemia
