Could Multiple Allergic Medications Be The Cause For Bleeding In Gums?

Could using multiple allergy medications (zyrtec 10mg PO once daily HS and loratidine 10 mg PO once daily in the morning) cause bleeding in the gums when I brush my teeth, some newly developed vaginal bleeding after intercourse, and spontaneous bloody noses? I also have increased lethargy and difficulty getting out of bed in the morning.
