Could Minor Pain In Pelvis, Groin, Bloating, Weight Gain, Extreme Fatigue And Dizziness Be Due To Menopause?

Hi there, I m 51 and menopausal...have for around 10 months been having minor pain in right side of pelvis going into the groin, bloating, weight gain, needing to urinate often, extreme - really extreme tiredness, bit dizzy sometimes.. ..had ca 125 test, came back negative and an ultrasound - everything looked fine. Just don t feel right. I blame a lot of how I feel on the menopause but I ve also read people s experiences online where they ve had ultrasound test that appeared fine when there were some serious problems like cancer. I live in the Uk. Can you offer any reassuring advice? sheila
