Could Mild Cramping And Spotting Be Due To Implantation Bleeding?

The first day of my last period was 01-15-12. I've been prego before. It's the 12th day of Feb. I'm having extremely mild cramping and extremely light Brown light blood flow known as very light spotting. The cramps r restricted to my right side could this be implantation bleeding?

Hello dear understand your concern
Please note the features of implantation bleeding:
It occurs due to implantation of fertilized egg in to the endometrium and endometrium is vascular structure that lead to bleeding.
It is very light and just like spotting, occur 6-12 days after fertilization (around the time of menstruation), associated with cramps (just for one day and then disappear), bleeding will remain for 1-2 days.
If your period will delay by 10-12 days then (it confirm implantation bleeding) YOU HAVE TO go for home pregnancy test to confirm the pregnancy (should be done with morning fresh urine sample).
Better confirmation should be done by USG scan (that also exclude the ectopic pregnancy).
Hope this may help you
Best regards
