hello i m 21 hears old and disabled right leg .before my brain was so perfect and i could memorise everything but now i m student of 4th semester bs.economics and doing bodybuilding for more thand 4 months but main problem is i think i m not the one who i was before relating my memory i have to mention that recently my financial situation is also getting worse and is a tension for me so what i ask is does bodybuilding can effect my memory and how much rest i need after hard exercise

It can be caused by stress and anxiety or poor dier and nutrional status
