My son is 3.5 yrs now. He is suffering from cold n cough most of the period. Dr has prescribed budecort 200 inhaler for 1 yr , 1 puff each time 2 times a day. After providing the dose for 7 months , problem of stammering is seen and also he inhales more air before speaking any word. Hi.

I dont think so and you can report this to a doctor who will recommend speech therapy for your child which can help. Stammering can subside as he grows up, and could just be due to the difficulty with breathing or stress of it all. Please take him to his doctor, but the medications are not the culprit in my opinion.

Best wishes.
