Could Lower Abdominal Pains Be Due To A Pregnancy?
Hi i m 14yrs old and really freaked out, i had 3weeks ago, and now i m feeling really weird in the lower area, i get really bad pains when i lay on my stomach, could i be pregnant? I can t take a home pregnancy test cause i m 14 and i can t tell my parents that i had sex, so could i be pregnant?

I really appreciate your concern and I would like to say that if you had a unprotected coitus then you need to be careful for pregnancy although the lower abdomen pain is not the sign of pregnancy, if you missed the period then get done the ultrasonography test, take care and have a nice day.
