Could Low Lying Placenta And Vaginal Spotting Be Symptoms Of Miscarriage?

I am 8 weeks preg yday had a drop of bleeding went to hospital my doc did scan n told cardiac activity there and I found in scan crl as 2.24cms but my doc written as 1.67cms. N said that my placenta is low lying need to be in bed rest. I am confused about CRL. today I m feeling right side lower abdomen pain. My doc given hcg n progesterone injection and etamsylate tabs. Is I m sooner going to miscarriage. ? Please ans this n help me out from this panic condition

I really appreciate your concern, such image finding is may be likely in early gestational period and this is nothing to worry, this does not indicate miscarriage, no need to be panic else this could be even more harmful than what the sonography finding are, everything would be fine, regular follow up is very important, take care and have a nice day.
