Could Low Blood Sugar Levels Causes Nausea,dizziness And Headache?

I had most of the today, nausea/dizziness/dry nose blood/headache I have low blood sugar, no other issues overall VERY healthy in my weight and diet, I am Female/and will be 57 yrs of age in July wondering what this may be? I did eat chinese food yesterday, is it possible it is a reaction to MSG . Please let me know ~thank you!

I understand your concerns.The symptoms of nausea,dizziness is surely because of your low blood sugar levels which is called hypoglycemia.

As you are not having vomiting and diarrhea.it rules out food poisoning due to chinese food.

So,i would suggest you to keep a check on your blood sugar levels.Try avoiding low blood sugar levels by regular intake of small quanta of food at frequent intervals.Hypoglycemia is very much dangerous than hyperglycemia.
