Could Lightheadedness, Faster Heart Beat And Headache Be Due To Iron Deficiency?

I feel shaky, light headed, hands and feet are freezing but my face is hot. I feel this way laying down or standing up. My heart is racing and I have a bad headache. 4 years ago my iron was at a 2 due to placenta abprupyion . Could this be my iron again

Yes, lightheadedness, fatigue, weakness and palpitation May occur if you have iron deficiency anaemia.
I would advice you to check your Hb level, and serum ferritin.
Take Tab.Anofer daily once for 3 months. Eat dates, spinach, fig and goat's liver ,they are rich in iron.
I advice you to visit an opthalmologist for a general checkup. Sometimes you may get headache because of eye issues.
Consult a general practitioners with test reports if symptoms worsen.
