Could Light Headedness Be Due To Reduced Blood Pressure?

Hi, My blood pressure is normally 110 over 70. I have been feeling light headed in the mornings for the past 2 weeks and find when rolling over in bed, I feel like I am drunk. Last week I took my blood pressure a couple of times and it was 108 over 65. This morning I took it again and had dropped to 103 over 60. I have monitered it throughout the day and it has fluctuated from 124 over 63 to 103 over 53. Is there any reason for me to be concerned. I have no other ailments, fit, 5 1 51kg and female. Thanks, Kay

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
I had gone through your question and understand your concern very well.
Your BP is fluctuated at a lower level and it can lead to few symptoms like dizziness, light headache, weakness, etc...
It is quite common in female to have low blood pressure than usual. You need not to be concerned much, but at the same time you need to take few precautions to take care of your low BP. Drink plenty of water during day, drink lemon water daily and take sufficient rest.
Hope this answers your question and let me know if you have any further queries, i will be happy to answer you.
