Hi,
Welcome to healthcare Magic!
You should not take unnecessary medicine during pregnancy. The progesterone does not cause adverse effect on the fetus but has to be discontinued. The rash is not a feature of progesterone side effects profile.
You should get a clinical evaluation and advise from a local gynecologist and also get registered for antenatal check ups.
You should also start Folate supplement as soon as possible because you are already so late for it.
I hope the advise would be informative and useful for you.
Take Care!
