my boyfriend is 21, majors in graphic design, and for the past month he s had pain in his left side of his chest hurts deep down. He occasionally eats fast food and his father has high blood pressure .
Pain on the left side is not necessarily connected with heart or blood pressure.HE HAS TO GO TO DOCTOR FIRST TO CHECK.. It can be connected with lungs, muscles or nerves.
These days there are many disorders due to life style. He has to limit time on the computer and has to go out to take fresh air and do some walking or light exercise (After showing to Doctor)

I am 80 years of age and in good health. I am seeing a cardiologist because I recently developed HBP and will undergo testing because of its sudden onset. I am also scheduled for an IVUS and will need to obtain medical clearance for this procedure. I can see the cardiologist prescribing Echo and Carotid, but what about the stress test he is prescribing? Not happy with the stress test. Could I refuse to take it? Frankly, it s frightening me.
My mother always cry whenever she is alone and also have a problem of high blood pressure, gas & stone in stomach. She likes to talk to others and don t want to work anymore because she think that she is physically weak. She always think negative and used to recall all her bad memories of life in the mean time. In our family, My father is usually busy in work, my brother is busy in his studies and i am pursuing my higher education which will complete in next year. As no one is with him that s why she is very depressed and she always tell that she want at least one person to be always with her but one thing positive about her is that she believes in God and like to spend more time on religious stuff. I want her to be always happy, whenever i make a call she told me that, she is fine but she used to cry at least 2 times in 3 days and sometimes more. So, what could be the best treatment to her
I have to ask again do you know of an effective way of lowering blood pressure .... apart from medication that is? I m on Diovan and it does not seem to be helping. Been back to the doctor who is at a loss...so now I want to see if the alternative medicine approach will work for me. My present approach prescribed medication + healthy eating + weight watching+ excercise Looking at all the factors metioned perhpas in my case stress is the most potent so I will have to try and re address the balance though this will be diffilcult for me as I walk the tight rope most of the time. Also my weight is probably a contributory factor. So I need to get it sorted or else...I could end up having a stroke.
30 minutes after a run yesterday, that i did not feel was extremely stressful. my heart felt out of rhythm and i was coughing. i felt like the cough was to get it back in rhythm, is it? i am a 50 year old female, have high blood pressure and am about 40 # overweight. i have had a EKG and stress test w/ultra sound and everything is normal.
In a recent medical exam, my BP was 142/92 and my pulse rate was 63. My SpO2 was measured twice (three minutes apart) and went from 96% to 93%. I had no medical history to report to the doctor. I was basically starting fresh with my healthcare. She said my vitals were normal and stable. She said my BP was likely due to my back pain (that led to the visit in the first place). But if my pressure was high, why was my rate low?? And, what is the significance of the drop in SpO2? Thanks.
I have a rash in my groin and my body is always itchy. For about 2 years I had rashes on both my feet. It seems to have cleared now but I still have to apply dipresone everyday. I take medication for high blood pressure - Micardi Plus, Zanidip and Spiractin. Are any of these causing my rash problems?
